Riyadh — Mubasher: Twareat Medical Care Company has filed a formal objection to a preliminary judgment issued by the Riyadh Commercial Court.
The appeal, submitted on 5 October 2026, pertains to the company’s ongoing legal action against Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).
The filing follows a previous disclosure made by the medical services provider on 26 August, regarding the status of the litigation.
Twareat Medical Care stated that there are currently no associated costs or immediate financial impacts on its statements resulting from this procedural development.
