Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Networkers Services Company has announced the invitation for its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for 25 October 2026, according to a bourse filing.
Electronic voting via the Tadawulaty platform will commence at 01:00 on 21 October 2026 and will remain open until the conclusion of the meeting.
The primary agenda focuses on voting for amendments to the company’s internal regulations, including the Corporate Governance Manual, the Audit Committee bylaws, and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee bylaws.
Shareholders will also vote on revised policies for the remuneration of board members, sub-committees, and executive management, alongside updated criteria for board membership and competition standards.
Meanwhile, the meeting requires a quorum of shareholders representing at least one-quarter of the company's SAR 75 million capital.
If the quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held one hour later, which will be considered valid regardless of the number of shares represented.
Eligibility for attendance is granted to shareholders registered at the Securities Depository Center by the end of the trading session preceding the assembly.
It is worth noting that Saudi Networkers Services recently reposted its 2025 annual board of directors’ report as part of its ongoing procedures for the transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
