Saudi Networkers Services republishes board report for market transition

Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Networkers Services Company announced the republication of its 2025 annual board of directors’ report as a key regulatory step in its ongoing transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to the Main Market.

The updated report aligns with Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to meet the specific listing requirements for the primary exchange, according to a bourse filing.

The disclosure follows the board’s initial approval for the market transfer on 28 September 2025.

According to the 2025 financial summary, Saudi Networkers Services reported annual revenues of SAR 591.78 million, representing a 4% increase compared to 2024.

Net profit for the period reached SAR 31.31 million, while total comprehensive income stood at SAR 34.51 million.

As of 31 December 2025, the company’s total assets were valued at SAR 201.63 million, with total equity reaching SAR 112.64 million.

The firm also confirmed it became debt-free by year-end after settling all short-term loans.

To support the transition, the board previously recommended a 25% capital increase to SAR 75 million through the issuance of one bonus share for every four shares held, utilizing retained earnings.
