Riyadh — Mubasher: Rawasi Albina Investment Company recently stated that it is unable to distribute cash dividends for the 2025 fiscal year on the previously scheduled date, according to a bourse filing.
The company cited existing financial obligations and a strategic focus on managing cash resources to ensure business continuity as the primary reasons for the delay.
The decision follows earlier disclosures made in May and on 30 July 2026 regarding the board’s recommendation to distribute dividends and subsequent updates to the payment timeline.
The company noted that it is currently executing a financial restructuring plan that includes rescheduling debts and obligations with relevant parties.
This strategy aims to diversify income and financing sources while improving the efficiency of cash flow management.
Rawasi Albina reaffirmed its commitment to the dividend payout and its adherence to relevant regulations.
Furthermore, the management stated that the ongoing measures are intended to strengthen the financial position and improve liquidity levels to support long-term sustainability.
The company said it will disclose further material developments, including a revised distribution date, once it has been determined.
