Riyadh — Mubasher: Quara Finance Company has appointed Abdulaziz bin Rasheed Al Taleb as the company’s CEO.
The decision, finalized by the board of directors on 6 October 2026, follows the receipt of a non-objection letter from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
He officially commenced his executive duties on 7 October 2026.
Al Taleb brings more than 20 years of professional experience in the financial and banking sectors to the role. His expertise spans operational management, risk management, credit, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Quara Finance, he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SHL Finance Company.
His career also includes senior leadership positions such as Assistant General Manager and Head of Credit and Control at Arab National Bank (ANB), and Senior Manager of Business Risk and Control for commercial banking at Saudi British Bank.
Al Taleb holds a master’s degree in Communication from Fort Hays State University in the United States and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, in addition to the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Certificate and the Certified Compliance Officer certification.
