Riyadh — Mubasher: Purity for Information Technology Company (Purity Tech) has failed to publish its annual financial results for the fiscal period ended on 30 June 2026 within the specified regulatory deadline.
The company attributed the delay to the external auditor not yet completing the audit of the annual financial statements, according to a bourse filing.
Purity Tech has fulfilled all recurring requirements from the external auditor and is currently discussing specific accounting treatments.
The company expects to conclude these discussions and complete the audit requirements during October 2026.
Purity Tech further anticipates publishing the financial results within the regulatory grace period of 20 trading sessions, setting a maximum deadline of 29 October 2026.
Trading on the company's shares became suspended effective 1 October 2026, in accordance with listing rules.
The listed firm clarified that the delay is strictly related to audit completion requirements and does not impact the company's operational activities.
Consequently, the annual board of directors' report will also be delayed as it is linked to the finalization of the annual financial statements.
