Riyadh — Mubasher: Professional Medical Expertise Company (ProMedEx) has commenced nominations to elect six members for its board of directors’ new four-year term, according to a bourse filing.
The session is scheduled to run from 27 December 2026 until 26 December 26, 2030.
Meanwhile, the nomination period began on 4 October 2026 and will remain open until 4 November 2026, with a daily closing time of 11:59 PM.
Interested candidates must submit their applications and required disclosures electronically to the company's designated nomination email address.
According to the disclosure, the selection process will adhere to the Companies Law and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority.
Candidates must also comply with the company’s internal nomination and membership policy, which was approved by the Ordinary General Assembly (OGM) on 24 June 2025.
ProMedEx noted that the final election of the board members will take place during a future General Assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced following the completion of regulatory requirements.
Candidates are required to submit a comprehensive curriculum vitae using the official Capital Market Authority template as part of their application package.
