Riyadh — Mubasher: National Building and Marketing Company announced the publication of its Board of Directors report for the fiscal year 2025.
The disclosure serves as a critical step in fulfilling the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) regulatory requirements for the company’s transition from the Parallel Market (Nomu) to the Main Market (TASI).
The report highlights the company's financial performance for 2025, during which it generated total revenues of SAR 856.91 million.
The company recorded a total comprehensive income of SAR 10.48 million, representing a net margin of 1.22%. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the period stood at SAR 0.89.
As of 31 December 2025, the firm’s total assets reached SAR 1.25 billion, while total liabilities were reported at SAR 901.42 million.
Total shareholders' equity amounted to SAR 352.03 million. The company maintains a capital of SAR 120 million divided into 12 million shares with a par value of SAR 10 each.
Total bank borrowings and loans were recorded at SAR 558.12 million, resulting in a debt-to-capital ratio of 61%. The board confirmed that the 2025 report was prepared in full compliance with the Corporate Governance Regulations to facilitate the listing transfer.
