Riyadh — Mubasher: Nahdi Medical Company’s board of directors approved the formation of the audit committee for a new four-year term during a meeting held on 7 October 2026.
The committee is chaired by Abdulatif Ali Al Seif, an independent member who also serves as the chairman of the Saudi Investment Bank.
Al Seif holds master’s degrees in business administration and economics from Boston University. Joining him as committee members from outside the board are Wael Kamal Eid and Waleed Abdullah Temarik.
Eid brings expertise in risk management and Islamic finance, holding a doctorate from Durham University. Temarik possesses over 30 years of experience in auditing and accounting, having managed his own firm since 2003.
He is a certified public accountant and a fellow of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants. The appointments align with the start of the current board session.
The new term commenced on 5 October 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 4 October 2030.
