Leen Alkhair greenlights restructuring of industrial, agricultural segments

Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Leen Alkhair Trading Company approved a comprehensive strategic plan on 7 October 2026 to restructure the company’s industrial, agricultural, and logistics sectors.

The initiative is designed to enhance operational efficiency and increase specialization across the firm's diverse business lines in alignment with future expansion goals.

Under the approved plan, the company will separate its industrial, agricultural, and logistics activities into three distinct subsidiaries, each 100% owned by the parent company.

The core entity will retain its primary focus on the wholesale and supply sector. Management stated that this reorganization aims to optimize resource allocation and improve governance by allowing each segment to operate independently.

The company confirmed that the restructuring is part of an integrated strategy to develop its business model and enhance long-term shareholder value.

Leen Alkhair noted that there is no material financial impact resulting from this decision at the current time.

The company committed to disclosing further material developments regarding the restructuring process or the formal conversion of branches into subsidiaries as they occur.
