Riyadh — Mubasher: Knowledge Tower Trading Company recently announced the restructuring of its leadership following the commencement of a new four-year board term on 30 September 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The appointments follow the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM), where shareholders elected the board of directors for the session ending on 29 September 2030.
The board of directors confirmed the appointment of Khalid Mohammed Saad Al Dossary as the Chairman and Mohammed Sunaideh Muhail Al Buqami as the Vice Chairman.
Majed Mohammed Farhan Al Ammar Al Dossary was appointed as the company’s CEO.
Additionally, the board named Ahmed Medhat Khader as Board Secretary.
Knowledge Tower further confirmed the formation of its audit committee and the appointment of representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Tadawul Group.
Majed Mohammed Farhan Al Ammar Al Dossary and Ahmed Medhat Khader will serve as the official representatives for all regulatory purposes.
