Riyadh — Mubasher: Knowledge Tower Trading Company has recently formed its audit committee following a board of directors’ decision.
The committee’s term commenced on 30 September 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 29 September 2030, according to a bourse filing.
The board appointed Jafnan Mohammed Majed Al Jafnan Al Dosari, an independent board member, as the Chairman of the committee.
The committee also includes two external members, namely Mohammed Abdullah Abdullatif Al Hamli and Islam Mohammed Fouda.
Al Hamli, who earned a Master’s degree in accounting in 2024, has served as a financial internal auditor at the Saudi Irrigation Organization since 2023.
Meanwhile, Fouda brings extensive accounting experience, having held various financial management positions since 2007, including his current role at Al Markab International Marine Services which he began in 2009.
The company’s board of directors recently confirmed the appointment of Khalid Mohammed Saad Al Dossary as the Chairman and Mohammed Sunaideh Muhail Al Buqami as the Vice Chairman of the board.
