Riyadh – Mubasher: Gas Arabian Services announced the award of a major contract from the Saudi Power Procurement Company on 7 October 2026.
The agreement covers the construction of gas pipelines required to feed the Ghazlan 1 project.
Under the terms of the contract, Gas Arabian Services will be responsible for the engineering, procurement, and supply of all equipment and materials.
The scope of work further includes the installation and commissioning tests for the Ghazlan 1 facility.
While the specific monetary figure was not disclosed, the company confirmed that the contract value exceeds 20% of its total revenues for 2025, excluding value-added tax.
The company stated that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. This project aligns with the Kingdom's broader energy infrastructure developments managed by Saudi Power Procurement.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the listed company’s net profits increased by 15.38% to SAR 80.92 million from SAR 70.13 million in H1-25.
