Riyadh — Mubasher: Waja Company has concluded the electronic voting on 8 October 2026 for its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), according to a bourse filing.
The remote voting period started at 1:00 on 4 October 2026 and remained open for shareholders until the end of the scheduled assembly session, which convened on 8 October at 18:30.
The meeting was conducted via modern technology while broadcasting live through the Tadawulaty system to facilitate shareholder participation.
Waja earlier invited all registered shareholders to participate in the voting process and register for the free Tadawulaty service.
This announcement follows a prior invitation issued on 17 September 2026.
