Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Fakhera for Mens Tailoring Company has acquired several prominent apparel brands and related assets from Savile Row Company for a total consideration of SAR 39.18 million.
The transaction, which was concluded on 20 October 2025, involves the transfer of ownership of the Hamza, More, Lomar, and Shemagh Al Shaer brands, all of which are registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP).
The deal encompasses the final assignment of trademarks, intellectual property rights, and specific equipment and inventory.
Al Fakhera confirmed that the acquisition is being funded through its available credit facilities. The ownership transfer will be executed either directly to Al Fakhera or to a 100% owned subsidiary.
Management stated the acquisition aims to support business operations, increase market share, and diversify the company’s product portfolio. The financial impact of the deal is expected to be positive, contributing to increased revenues and profits.
This positive financial effect began appearing in the annual financial statements for 2025. No related parties were involved in the transaction.
At the end of June 2026, the listed company logged a net profit of SAR 13.81 million, an annual rise of 195.26% from SAR 4.68 million.
